Safeguarding Children
Coventry City Council's Children and Young People's Service is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
As an organisation which provides services to children and young people, we recognise the importance of operating management processes, practices and procedures that help deter, reject or identify individuals who might abuse children, or who are thought unsuited to work with them, as an essential part of creating safe environments for children and young people.
